I know its not my computer because its been running fine all this time with the few custom items I had from the sims 3 store. My whole thing is.there is no reason why a couple of downloads should affect the game so drastically.
So I'm thinking maybe i should uninstall the other third party objects. I have already uninstalled all of the third party hairstyles and here i am passing the time waiting for this game to load still. I downloaded and installed about 8 or so hairstyles, and about 20 objects including some from the sims 3 store. Usually it takes 4 mins tops to load my game and start playing but ever since i downloaded custom content from third party sites its seems to be freaking out. So my game has been on the loading saved game screen for a good 15 mins now and even the initial startup of the game took way too long.
Ok so I've never posted on this forum and im not a forum person so don't bite off my head about the answer to my problem being somewhere else as I know you forum people like to do.
